September Card Swap!

We just had our September Card Swap last week, this month we had a theme of Halloween.  I love Halloween!!  I love to decorate and make fun projects for Halloween.  I went a little crazy on this card but I love how it turned out!

Cardstock from my stash and watercolor paper
Stamps: Close to my Heart
ink: versamark and Black Soot Distress ink
Black and white embossing powder
Inktense pencils for coloring
Stickles
Black fine tip marker
Ribbon
Googlie eyes
foam squares
shimmer spray (made with Perfect Pearls & water)

August Card Swap

I want to show you my card for my August Card Swap group.  Our theme for August was Fall or Thanksgiving.  I wanted to do a fall card because then you could use it for a thank you card as well. I really like the colors and how it all came together.

The cardstock is from my stash and the paper is from Fancy Pants.  I used and old Stampin' Up stamp set for the leaves, heat embossed them in clear, brown and gold.  I also clear embossed a Stampin' Up background stamp on the blue cardstock.  The Sentiment is a stamp from CTMH enhanced with a bronze fine tip marker. I used the marker to add some dashed lines to the dark brown cardstock also.  The dashed lines on the sentiment circle are done with a brown fine tip marker.  I used tea dye distress ink with a blending tool for the shading.

Soccer Team Treats!

I had to share what I made for the High School Girls Soccer Team!  All of us Soccer Moms are taking turns bringing a treat to the school on game days.  I delivered mine this morning, and I really like how they turned out and I hope the girls like them too!

The Soccer ball is a stamp that I heat embossed with black powder. I used a stamp from My Pink Stamper that says "You can do it!" in red ink from Stampin' Up.  I adhered them to a red circle punched from a 2 1/4" punch from EK Success and tied some tulle at the top.

Pastel Birthday Calender!

Hello blogging world, long time no see. Life has been so crazy-we moved into a newer and bigger house and it has just taken all of my time.  I have many old projects to share but not as many new ones but I am working on it.  In the mean time I am going to share with you lots of old projects that I just never got around to posting!

First up is one of my Birthday Calenders-this one is white and pastel colors.  I make and sell these at our local fair in Hurricane.  I only had three left over from last year and this is one of them.  I am hoping to sell some of my crafts online to get some extra money that we need to help pay off some bills and be able to let my kids be involved in activities like dance and soccer.

I really like how the pastel calender looks, it is so pretty in real life and there is a little bit of sparkle on it that doesn't show up in the picture.  I sell these Calenders for $20.  If anyone is interested just leave me a comment with your email and we can make arrangements to get it shipped to you!

Thank you for taking the time to take a look at my creations!  Have a wonderful day!

Basketball Goodie Bags for our 3-4 Grade Girls team!

I am so glad to be back posting again. It will be hit and miss for a little while though, we are in the process of finding a bigger house and making a move, which I am so excited for because then I might actually get my own craft space!
I have so much to show you of different projects I have been making and don't know what to start with. Well, since we just finished our 3rd Grader's Basketball season a little bit ago I will share the goodie bags I made for my daughter's team. They were such a fun group of girls to coach and work with and we had a fun time with them.

I used the sports mania cartridge, paper from my stash, and a white gel pen. super simple and easy. I don't go too complicated because most of the time the kids just throw them away anyway. But they all loved them!

Thank you so much for stopping by, I hope to share more with you later. I have my card swap tonight and so maybe I can share some of those with you next time!
Thank you for stopping by, taking a peek, and leaving a comment or two!
