Day #7- MPS 12 days of Christmas

I know I skipped #6 because I just couldn't do it.  But number seven I was actually able to do the day of the challenge.  I just didn't post it till now.  Challenge #7: Make a gift box or bag.

I made a gift box for my daughter's First Grade Teacher.  She really liked it and I like how it turned out.  Enjoy!

Cartridge: TBBM
Bazzill paper
Cuttlebug
Colorbox ink for shading (green)
Stampin' Up shading (red on tag)
ribbon
green pen from Creative Memories
Sentiment is from Stampin' Up (but hand written)

Thanks for stopping by to take a peek!  I welcome comments!

Day 5-MPS 12 Days of Christmas

Challenge #5-Make a gift card or money holder.  This one wasn't too bad I made it pretty fast for me.  I made it simple and sweet since I am running out of time to finish all of the challenges.  Hope you like it.

Cartridges: Doodlecharms and Gypsy Wanderings
Stampin up ink and stamp

very simple.  Thanks for stopping by, Merry Christmas!
Comments are welcome!

Day 4-MPS 12 days of Christmas

Challenge #4 was to make a treat or goodie bag with a pink/green color scheme!  I had fun with this one, and am pleased at how it turned out.

If all goes well, you should be seeing a lot of posts from me today.  Now that kids are out of school for the holiday break I have a built in babysitter at home to help me and I don't have to be running kids everywhere!  I am hoping to get a lot done today!

Here is my project, I hope you like it as much as I do!  I am planning on giving it to a good friend of mine.

Cartridges: Plantin schoolbook, Simply Charmed, Mini-Monograms
I used Coordinations paper for the bag, and the rest is from my scraps
Colorbox ink for the shading
Sentiment is from Stampin' Up
and of course Stickles

Day 3-MPS 12 days of Christmas

I would have had this posted earlier but my camera battery died and I had to wait for it to charge.  Challenge #3: Make a holiday themed card.  Here's mine!

I really like how this one turned out.  Don't you think Santa is so cute?

Cartridge: Simply Charmed
Fiskars border punch
Cuttlebug embossing folder
Stickles

Day 2 of MPS 12 days of Christmas

I just don't have enough time in a day to do everything!  I am playing catch up today for the 12 days of Christmas with My Pink Stamper.  I really enjoy doing this, but this year has been a lot harder with everything else I am juggling.

Well, day 2 was a random act of kindness.  I made a bag and filled it with some homemade goodies to give to someone when I go shopping!  I am hoping to spread a little Christmas cheer at the store!

Cartridges: Once upon a Princess, Christmas, TBBM
Paper is from my stash (as always)
I used stickles on the berries, you can't tell in the picture
I hand wrote the Happy Holidays on the tag (I don't have MPS Christmas stamp set, yet)

Thanks for stopping by!  Merry Christmas!

Good morning all.  I just love the holidays, and participating in My Pink Stamper's 12 Days of Christmas celebration!
Day one is to make a Christmas or winter project using a cricut cartridge that is not for the holidays.
This was perfect, I needed to make a centerpiece for my ward Christmas party that is tomorrow night.  I LOVE how it turned out!

Cartridge: Paper Doll Dress-Up
All the paper is from my stash/scraps
I used Colorbox ink for the distressing
I hope you all like it just as much as I do.  It was a lot of fun to make.

Sweet Wishes

Good Morning everyone, sorry I have been MIA for such a long time, life is just so busy and it never lets up.  I realized I just have to take the little bits of time throughout the day to do the fun things that I want to do.

Boys are so different than girls.  My little man just doesn't stop going!  Can I just say nap time is my favorite time!  I have a lot of projects going and I hope I can share them with you as I finish them.  I have been busy this last little while making more of my birthday calenders.  I recieved so many orders, it was crazy!

Well, on to my project for today.  I made a cute little bag to celebrate Arryn's birthday!  My oldest daughter helped me pick out the paper and said to cut the ice cream cone.

  • Cartridge: Once upon a princess
  • Paper from my scraps
  • Stickles
  • Ink from Stampin Up
  • Stamp from MPS- simply sweet occasions
Thanks for stopping by, hope you enjoy!
